Refund and Returns Policy

Due to the sensitive and specialised nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item is incorrect, defective, or damaged during delivery.

If you receive an incorrect or damaged item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will arrange a replacement or refund where applicable, after reviewing the issue.

All returned products must be unused, sealed, and in original condition for us to consider any claim.
